Not much in life is guaranteed. But we stand behind our programmes and constantly review their delivery to you to ensure you are getting the very best out of it.

When undertaking the complete Coaching Support Programme we expect a minimum of a 25% increase in profitability. For an established business we’d look to reducing an owner-managers input to just 4 days a week over an 18-24 month timescale.

If we can’t be sure of achieving that, we’ll let you know and you can decide how you want to proceed.

If you do the work but don’t achieve these (modest!) goals for you we’ll work with you until we do, for free or return your money.

And if the programme we propose is not to your liking you can cancel at any time.
