Developed over ten years by Richard Bisiker of Personal Summits Ltd, accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management, we are proud to be chosen to deliver this one-to-one programme for business owner-managers.

As well as a wealth of diagnostics & development systems, the programme covers four main modules of Time & Productivity management, Client management, Staff management and Financial systems. There is a wealth of ancillary material included that make this our most comprehensive package of business improvement.

With a number of face-to-face sessions, the majority of this is delivered over a 12 month period via 3 phone calls of around 45 minutes each month plus unlimited email support. If you have a question or have something exciting to share we encourage you to call us!

The programme costs £300 to setup plus membership for the Institute of Leadership & Management of £65 and then 4 monthly payments of £900 a month to cover the 12 months ahead. Many continue after the year is up with further materials & reviews.
