That's 8 modules delivered as group training in half day sessions once a fortnight, it’s like an MBA for the SME! The course has a large number of take-home worksheets for you to apply immediately to your business in a carefully structured and mapped out development programme.

The investment for this is £150 a module. After each module you can stay behind for as long as you like for an informal ad-hoc follow-up. We'll also book a 20 minute phone call for the intervening week to check on progress. We provide unlimited Q&A email whilst you are in-course and for up to 6 months after.

For those who participate in all the modules in one batch we provide two follow-up informal morning drop in sessions in the following months plus two 20 minute phone calls as a bonus.
